Foundations of Infant and Early Childhood Mental Health
Wednesdays | April 8 - May 6 | 9am – 12pm | 15 hours
with Dra. Meyleen Velasquez
This five-session series explores core concepts in infant and early childhood mental health, including: centering-caregiver child relationships, supporting early attachment, understanding when babies and young children need advanced support, and cultivating reflective practice. This is a foundational training series for early childhood professionals.
Eligibility: Early Supports for Infants and Toddlers (ESIT) providers in Washington State
ASL, live captioning, and other accommodations to fully participate in this training are available to you upon request. Please submit the Training and Event Access Support request form at least two weeks prior to the event. DYCF may not be able to fulfill requests made less than two weeks in advance.
